Product Parameters

This winch is designed and built according to the latest regulations of SOLAS and international standards, Which has two types: the left and right one. The left one is shown here and the right one is made symmetrically. winch installed, Before the test,move the motor to check if the drum rotation correct or not (The rotation should be to the hoisting direction),or,we should adjust the motor wiring.

This winch complies with requirements of the SOLAS new regulation,international life-saving appliances regulation MSC.48(66); international life-saving appliances test MSC.81(70)and the lifeboat/rescue boat winch technology performance requirements (ISO6067).

Key features

1. The hoisting is combined with the electric and manual. The winch can be operated by manual even in the state of the power loss to ensure normal operation of the system.
2. The limited clutch can keep the lifeboat lower smoothly.
3. Gear transmission. The gear is made of high strength alloy wear-resistant steel of long service life, precise coordination and small noise.
4. Explosion-proof motor, high speed motor and so on can be equipped, diversified uses.
5. Manual interlocking device and manual handle with special clasp are equipped. The winch will not be started even when incorrect operation with high safety.
6. Whole series electric boat winch can be equipped with ABB,Siemens, Honeywell motor.
